The Nacionales de Mexico was one of three railroads to order the unique Baldwin Centipede, with 14 examples built between 1947-1948. Not much is relatively known regarding these engines, but they were sent back to Baldwin during the 50s for upgrades, making their lifespan last a bit longer into the early 70s, and like its PRR and SAL Counterparts, none of the NdeM ones survive.
